- Repeated unnecessary or disturbing calls
- Any activity that violates applicable laws
4. Monitoring, Blocking & Enforcement
To protect users and maintain trust:
- Calls are monitored and may be recorded
- Caller activity and location are tracked
- Misused QR codes can be permanently blocked
- User access may be suspended without prior notice
5. Legal Action
In cases of serious misuse, ScanNcall reserves the right to:
- Share call data and location details with authorities
- Block or deactivate QR codes permanently
- Take legal action under applicable Indian laws
6. Limitation of Liability
ScanNcall acts as a communication platform only.
We are not responsible for:
- User behavior
- Outcomes of calls or interactions
- Actions taken after communication
7. Service Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate services
- Block QR codes
- Deny access if terms are violated
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction.
